IMPORTANCE OF DISCIPLINE

Today I am going to writing about DISCIPLINE and I want to share one thing with you, that it's not my own writing. One of my student who is just about 13 years old, she wrote this essay. So let's see that what she wrote:

DISCIPLINE is the very basis of human progress and without it, nothing can be made or properly maintained. Discipline is the training that develops self-control character or orderliness and efficiency. A good manner of life is maintained of luxury which is essential for the enhancement of civilization. Discipline is one of the most important virtues in human life. It has its birth in human being wish for happiness. If people understand the importance of discipline, I think discipline is important in our life because the people understanding of gladly cultivate the habit, the society to which they belong would turn to be an ideal society.

The secret of success of the modern world is hidden in their fine discipline.

THE FATHER

                                           
"FATHER" not difficult to say but to understand the meaning of this word is like maze that by passing our whole life we are not able to describe the means of this word but everyone has its own perspective about this relation.
Every one of us often thinks about mother's love that how colourful, warm and tender because she is the one who nurtures us by giving us proper time at home. Most of us think that father's love cannot really like mother's love. But I think that that there is no competition nor lack of love from either side. Before saying anything about father we should also take this point that Father is the man who has got mixed messages concerning fatherhood. On one hand, he has to face society who just want to see him foremost to his career. So that's the reason that the job comes first in his life due to which the bond towards his family becomes weakest because due to being a good employer he often not give proper time to his  family . The bosses of the company  also know that the employer has children and lovely family but instead of this they never put the children and wife above his job. So in case of this the father go home late while their children are asleep. And the other effect is this that that on every occasion like parent's day we appreciate the mother's love first and by this the message which has been sending to people is that the mother's love is more important than father's love. In magazine, news etc we often inspire mother's love due to which the father does not receive a great deal of encouragement into fatherhood.And when we considered father's care towards his children, it is usually described in "mothering terms". There is also those father's who take their family first, always try to give proper time to his family, refuses to work overtime. But instead of doing this all things the society will never give them stage as the mother have.
The purpose of writing this article is not that we should not appreciate mother's love but is this that we should never ignore the father's hard working who never see the day and night for their children and want to make their children future as bright as stars bright. Father who has lots of burden one from them is society perspective who just think the good father should always be a successful man, so father has to face society and after that their children's angerness who just want their father's love and usually I also get angry with my father but now I have understood this all things and want that the people should also understand this thing.
Each one of us should give respect to father and try to make new image in front of people that whenever we talk about parent's love automatically father's and mother's love come in our mind. We should love our father and I love my father too much.

PROBLEMS OF UNEMPLOYMENT IN PAKISTAN

                             
As the world is moving so fast, every country is going towards development but there's one measure problem which is pronounced in developing and under-developing countries of Asia, Africa and Latin America and that is "UNEMPLOYMENT".
Employment means occupation so unemployment means an absence of employment. When the people are out work they said to be unemployed. Pakistan is the largest country in terms population and manpower but because of the lack of proper opportunities for employments there is a huge waste of manpower. There are skilled, intelligent and trained hands but there is no suitable job for them. Unemployment cause frustration, indiscipline and crime among people. Becuase of increasing unemployment there is appalling poverty social evils and crimes. In Pakistan the chronic problem of unemployment. There are thousands of men and women waiting for employment in cities and village. The two main and important reasons of this unmanageable problem are rapidly ever increasing population and defective eduction system. This is the factual but sad commentary on our present education and training system and institution. We need fundamental structural changes in our entire education system for improving the unemployment problem.
In short, we can say that the problem of unemployment in Pakistan can only be reduced  if Pakistani government take proper measures.  
                         

FRUSTRATION IN YOUTH

The future of any country and the people who would take that country further ahead in the development and progress in all fields is none more than its "YOUTH". But now always this youth facing a great problem which is "FRUSTRATION".
                                             

 Today the youth are running for social status and in this struggle, they are losing their peace of mind and become frustrated. Frustration is called the failure of expectations and feeling of defeat. Frustration is a deep feeling of defeat that makes the home in minds of an individual. There are different factors behind it. A Scientific revolution has made this world a global village and one thing that is exploiting the human nature is the flood of information. Information is not a bad thing but when this information is given in a wrong perspective at a wrong time and to that when who don't need it all, it creates such a problem like frustration and depression. Depression and failure are the major cause of frustration among youth. Youth is always the storehouse of energy and enthusiasm and have an inbuilt fire of action burning within them. If this inbuilt fire for activity is not channelised improper direction' frustration and disappointment take hold on a rim. Aspiration and desires are always the hall mark of the young or when this aspiration and desires not completed they again frustrate. One of the top reason towards frustration is the lack of self-acceptance. They are never satisfied with what they are born with. Not only they are frustrated but they affect people around them who love and nurture.
At this stage what society can do, is provide support. If the young are bought with a correct perspective of life they will know how to face discontent without committing suicide or taking to drugs.

LOVELY SPRING SEASON

                                   
We are blessed with so wonderful season and each season has its own particular appeal. In any case, there's a season which is most loved by everybody in light of the fact that in that season there is no excessively chilly and an excessive amount of hot and that is "SPRING".

spring is surely the best period of the year. A large portion of the general population is attached to this season. It is the most loved period of writers. It is known as the ruler of seasons. Nature looks beguiling and numerous sorts of lovely blossoms sprout amid this season. The flawless roses win our hearts. The temperature stays at direct levels. So spring is the period of enchanting sounds. The honey bees murmuring in the garden fill our hearts with satisfaction. The green plants satisfy the eyes. This flawless season fills us with the sentiment appreciation. Everyone feels a sort of excite. All are gay and upbeat. Be that as it may, spring has some hazard. Little pox is extremely regular in this season. Individuals do heaps of fun in this season.

In spring nature shows up its best frame. It furnishes us with a wide range of joy. However, spring is polluted by horrendous sort of disease like chickenpox. A counteractive action is superior to cure. Thus, we ought to get ourselves inoculated before this perilous pandemic goes up against us. All things considered, we ought to likewise feel appreciative to have such a superb and stunning season.
