HOW SHOULD THE IDEAL TEACHER BE?

As we know that the development of any country depends on its young and the person who has a very important responsibility of shaping the lives of young are teachers. By this, a teacher also plays very important role in the development of any country. Therefore, all teacher should strive for what can be considered to be a " GOOD TEACHER".
                                           


 A teacher's profession is an ideal profession. Yet all teachers are not ideal. There are many who angry, beat student, scold them, do not look neat in appearance, have no affection for the student, they are only interested in increasing their income. This shows that very few teachers can rightly claim to be accepted as ideal ones. An ideal teacher is not someone to be found here, there and everywhere. He is really a rare object and very few school can boast to have such a teacher on their staff list. If we are to describe an ideal teacher in few words, we must say that he/she should have the ability to serve as a model to his/her students. A good teacher has many qualities. His /her teaching should be such so as to attract the attention of the student easily. The teacher should teach in a way so that any topic, however hard it may be,
 can easily understand by the student. In order to teach well, the teacher himself should have vast and deep knowledge. The teacher should be one who can be easily approached by them, for he should truly be their friend, philosopher and guide. The teacher should be able to inculcate certain virtues among students, such as regular studies, punctuality,
care of health, equal emphasis on reading and writing, perseverance and kind heartedness.

Education without evaluation is nothing, therefore, a Good Teacher plays very important role in a life of students. A good teacher is one who remains forever.
